VANESSA, founder of Yoginess Collective is a passionate yoga instructor (as well prenatal/ postnatal yoga & sound healer) who believes deeply in the transformative power of movement as medicine. She specialises in yoga for mental health and physical therapy, creating a space where connection and growth flourish. With a love for exploring diverse yoga styles, Vanessa encourages everyone to step out of their comfort zone, find what resonates with them, and embrace self-discovery. Her teaching approach ensures yoga is accessible and meaningful for all, guiding you to tune into your body and mind with intention and care.

SARAH is a passionate yoga teacher specializing in Japanese yoga, a unique practice rooted in the harmony of mind, body, and nature. Inspired by the principles of Satoyama, Sarah's teachings focus on creating balance and connection, both on and off the mat. Her classes offerings a deeply restorative and grounding experience for students of all levels.
She loves exploring nature and finding joy in life's simple moments. She's dedicated to helping her students feel rejuvenated, aligned, and connected to themselves and the world around them.
