Empowered Puberty: A Mother-Daughter Workshop
Puberty is a time of immense transformation, and it deserves to be honoured, not feared. Yet, for many, the journey into womanhood can feel overwhelming—both for young girls navigating change and for the mothers and caregivers guiding them.
At the Empowered Puberty Mother-Daughter Workshop, we create a safe, nurturing space where you and your daughter (aged 8-13) can embrace this transition with confidence, connection, and celebration.
Why This Workshop?
In a world where young girls are bombarded with confusing messages about their bodies, they need guidance, support, and open-hearted conversations.
This workshop is designed to:
•Foster a deeper mother-daughter bond
•Normalize and celebrate the menstrual cycle
•Build confidence in navigating bodily changes
•Create a sense of community and support
What to Expect
Led by nutritionist Emily Gardem and yoga instructor Vanessa Negroni, this 3 hour immersive experience combines movement, storytelling, and hands-on activities to introduce the beauty of the menstrual cycle in a way that feels natural and empowering.
🌸 Workshop Highlights:
- Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing Meditation: Led by Vanessa – to ground, relax and open the afternoon
- Puberty Education Circle: Guided by Emily – using storytelling, visuals, and open dialogue
- Herbal Crafting Station: Create a flower crown and soothing bath soak using herbs and petals
- Special Gift Bags: Both mum and daughter receive curated bags with journals and beautiful take-home tools
- Cacao & Celebration: Close the afternoon with delicious, nourishing treats as we honour this transition
Who Can Join?
This workshop is open to mothers, stepmothers, grandmothers, aunties, foster parents, and caregivers who wish to support and empower their daughters.
Investment: $120 per mother-daughter pair. Additional children $50
