About me
Hi, I’m Vanessa — yoga instructor, sound healer, and founder of Yoginess Collective. I’m passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone, supporting women through pregnancy and motherhood, and creating spaces for connection and healing.
My yoga journey began in my 20s in a small Sydney studio, where the mat quickly became my safe place — a space to laugh, cry, sweat, grow, and let go. After years of committed practice and the birth of my second child, I completed my 200-hour RYT certification with Kriya Yoga Studio.
I teach with curiosity and compassion, blending mental health awareness, physical therapy principles, and creative use of props like the yoga wheel. Whether in a group class, private session, or workshop, my goal is to help you move with awareness, breathe deeply, and discover what your body and mind truly need.
