Discover the joy of yoga with the wheel.

In this series, we will focus on core strength and stability, leg strength and flexibility, and arm balances. Additionally, there will be classes to explore a full-body session designed to bring fun and light to your personal practice.

What to Expect:
Intro to the Yoga Wheel. 
Meditation. 
Flow with the wheel. 
Conclude with yoga nidra and a serene sound bath, allowing you to relax and absorb the benefits of your practice.

Connection time with refreshments! 


What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing. 
Yoga mat. 
Water bottle. 
Your own wheel if you have one, otherwise option to purchase one.

For a more supported and safe practice blocks, yoga mats, cushions will be available at the studio.
