Join me for a twice-a-week yoga series (every Tuesday & Thursday 9.30-10.30am) designed to bring balance, strength, and deep relaxation to your body and mind. Each session is accessible to all levels, gradually building movement and flexibility. One day will be dedicated to Slow Flow Yoga, and the other to Yin Yoga, offering a perfect balance between movement and stillness.

Each class will include accessibility variations so you can explore movements at your own pace and find stability in your practice. Sessions end with a soothing sound healing experience to leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Class Breakdown
Slow Flow Yoga (Tuesday):

• A gentle yet dynamic practice

• Warming up the body with mindful movement

• Core and leg activation for strength and stability

• Deep stretching to improve flexibility

• Variations for accessibility to support all levels

Yin Yoga (Thursday):

• A restorative, meditative practice

• Holding poses for longer durations to release deep tension

• Opening the body with passive stretches

• Stimulating fascia and connective tissues for flexibility and joint health

• Modifications to support comfort and ease

Each session ends with a sound healing experience to help you fully relax.

After your yoga session, you’re invited to stay for a beautiful Breathwork & Meditation session from 10:30–11:30 AM, facilitated by Giada.

Start your day with a meditation focused on self-love, using breathwork techniques to gently release anxiety and welcome a deep sense of calm. Through conscious breathing and mindful awareness, you’ll soften tension in your body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the love and peace already within you.
