The yoga wheel helps me stay focused and connect, especially when I’m trying not to roll away! It’s a fun way to really tune in and feel every moment, both mind and body in sync!
What inspired you to try the yoga wheel for the first time?
I first discovered the yoga wheel through a fun Instagram challenge- I was instantly hooked! It looked like a playful way to push my boundaries and try something new—so I thought, why not give it a go? Since then, it’s become a staple in my practice.
