What to Expect

This series is designed to help you gradually build movement, flexibility, and awareness while honoring your own pace. Each week, we will explore two different practices to support both active strength-building and deep relaxation.

Slow Flow Yoga
A mindful and energizing practice that connects breath with movement. This class focuses on gentle, continuous flows that help warm up the body, strengthen key muscle groups, and improve flexibility. This is a great practice for anyone looking to develop body awareness, balance, and a steady, flowing practice while keeping movements gentle and mindful.

Yin Yoga
A deeply restorative and meditative practice that targets the fascia, joints, and connective tissues by holding poses for longer durations. Yin Yoga encourages stillness, introspection, and deep release. Yin Yoga is the perfect counterbalance to active movement, allowing the body to soften, release stored tension, and enter a deep state of relaxation.

Sound Healing & Relaxation
Each session concludes with a crystal bowl sound bath, allowing your nervous system to reset, restore, and fully unwind. The vibrations from the bowls help release tension and bring a sense of calm, making this practice a perfect way to balance both movement and stillness.
