Life is better upside down

Join me for a headstand workshop. We will learn how to safely enter and exit headstand, beginning with the necessary preparations to go upside down. This workshop is for those who want to experience a headstand for the first time, and also suitable for those who want to refine their headstand, moving towards a playful exploration of this asana. Let's challenge our balance, overcome fear, and explore gravity.

Workshop: SOUNDS OF YIN

Join me and @himalayan_soundhealing_sydney for a transformative experience to harmonise body, mind and spirit. We will immerse ourselves in a 90min yin yoga sequence for the chakras, where each pose will be elevated by the therapeutic sounds and vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowl.
